The jumping paddock has four steeplechase fences, including an 'open ditch', four flights of regulation hurdles, four brush hurdles and two lines of tyres of varying height to introduce the horses to jumping outside. The schooling ground is adjacent to the gallop.

The monthly rent of £3400 covers the stables including rates, electricity and water plus the two bedroom accommodation (the tenant will be responsible for all outgoings for the accommodation). A service charge of £1188pcm will be payable for the use of gallop, Indoor school, jumping lane, horsewalker, turnout, schooling fences, starting stalls and water walk an additional charge will be payable for use of the swimming pool.
Two bedroom accommodation
The yard is available to let for an initial period of 1 - 3 years, on a commercial lease excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, renewable by mutual consent. A returnable security deposit equivalent to two months rent will be held by the landlord.
A further non-returnable holding deposit of £150 + vat will be required from the first tenant and £75 + vat for additional tenants wishing to take a lease on the property to cover the cost of credit checks and references. The tenant will also be required to pay a contribution towards the Landlords costs of preparing the lease.
